Tell us a bit about yourself and your background

I am Ulemu Matipula aged 25 based in Blantyre, Malawi. I was born in Zomba City and raised in Blantyre City with my Aunt. And in 2017, I decided to start living on my own in the same city.

At what stage in life did you decide to come into business

It was in 2017 when I decided to start a business so that I would be able to support myself with the new life I started. I was still unemployed when I moved out of my Aunt’s home for some personal reasons.

What sets your business apart from other businesses in your industry

My business was sorely based on hand to mouth at that time, so I was just doing any business that it took to bring food to my table until 2018 where I found myself involved in the Forex Trading business when I decided that “This is the type of business I was looking for and that suits my interests.” So, I made a decision to be a full-time forex trader in the future and be able to create whatever empire I desired to own through this business.

What has been your driving force as an entrepreneur?

My driving force is myself and my girlfriend, as we have been planning to get married for a long time and be able to change our stories from ordinary people to business tycoons. So this our future generation.

How did you come up with the name for your company?  How easy or difficult was it?

My business currently bears no name as I am not yet into it full-time. Plans are in progress of making it full-time and naming it won’t be difficult.

What kind of culture exists in your organization, and how did you establish it?

Once my business becomes full-time, our organizational culture will be Adhocracy Culture because our business will be based on risk-taking as we will be risking our business capital every day trading the leveraged financial markets.

What does your business do?  What services or products do you offer?

My forex trading business is about buying and selling foreign currencies online. I don’t offer any product or service to any individual through forex trading business as this business requires no customer or client.

How has being an entrepreneur affected your life?

Being an entrepreneur is by far the best decision I have ever made because it has made me discover some knowledge that I couldn’t have known if I was not an entrepreneur, and I wouldn’t have known about Besapro if I was not an entrepreneur.

What motivates you every day?

This is what motivates me every day – I wrote a trading plan and made a challenge with my girlfriend that by a certain month, I would have a specific amount of money in my bank account. And whenever I see my daily targets being achieved, it motivates me more to see that what I am doing is progressing.

What is your vision in business?  What is your mission?

My mission is “To take advantage of financial markets and be able to make at least 25% profits each day from my trading capital.” And my vision is “We win or learn, we never lose.”

What are your values in your business?

My values in my business are: Analyzing the markets charts, executing trades, risk management and money management.

How do you define success in business?

My business success will be defined the day I will achieve my trading plan and when I will make it fulltime.

Do you believe that entrepreneurs are born or made and why?

With my own views, entrepreneurs are made, the great example is myself. I was born a hater of business, I was educated to be an employee, I hated hearing someone mention the word “business” to me until I started staying alone in 2017 when I noticed my schooling was failing to help me find a job somewhere, that’s when I let go of searching for jobs and I started mobile-selling phone accessories in the streets of Blantyre City. This is when I started making myself an entrepreneur.

What is your favourite thing you like about being an entrepreneur?

The favorite thing I like about entrepreneurship is freedom of time.

What has been you greatest achievement in business?

Being able to support myself is my biggest achievement so far.
